THE 27TH WARSAW INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD OCTOBER 6-17.10.2011.

1. THE INDUSTRY ACCREDITATIONS ARE STRICTLY FOR FILM INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS:

1. theatrical, DVD, and video distributors/buyers
2. TV acquisition, production, and programming executives
3. representatives of film institutions and festivals
4. filmmakers - directors, producers, scriptwriters, etc.
5. students of film schools

2. INDUSTRY ACCREDITATION DOES NOT ENTITLE HOLDERS TO ATTEND THE OFFICIAL OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE FESTIVAL.

3. APPLICATIONS

3.1.    Applications for industry accreditation will be accepted from August 1 to September 22, 2011.

3.2. You can request accreditation by:

• filling out an online accreditation form
• sending the filled-out accreditation form (pdf) by e-mail (akredytacje@wff.pl) or by fax +48 22 621 6268, +48 22 621 4647.

3.3. The accreditation fee is:

1. accreditation giving access to all festival screenings valid for the entire duration of WIFF
   100 Euro
2. accreditation giving access to all festival screenings valid for five or less days
   50 Euro

3.4.     Accreditations are strictly personal and non-transferable.

3.5.     The WIFF reserves the right to reject an accreditation application.

4. PROCEDURE:

Confirmation
When your completed application has been processed and accepted, you will receive confirmation of your accreditation, and more detailed information about collecting the accreditation badge with your photo, via fax or e-mail. Please inform the Festival Press Office immediately about any changes regarding your contact information so that we can communicate all current festival information to you.

Processing fee and issuing of accreditations
The processing fee for accreditation has to be paid before you can collect your accreditation badge. Unless confirmation of payment is sent via fax (+48 22 621 62 68) by October 1, 2011, your accreditation will not be processed.

Important:
If you wish to receive an invoice for your accreditation, please send the necessary data by October 1, 2010. Invoices will not be issued after the Festival closes. Invoices can be collected together with the accreditation badge.

Approval or denial of accreditation
The Festival reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. The decision is final and cannot be appealed in the courts.

THE ACCREDITATIONS CARDS CAN BE COLLECTED AT THE ACCREDITATION STAND AT KINOTEKA.
