Ticket Sale Rules

Advance ticket sales will be divided into two stages:
1. Before the Festival: from Wednesday 28 September to Thursday 6 October at Empik, 116/122 Marszałkowska St.
2. During the Festival: 7 – 15 October at Kinoteka and Multikino Złote Tarasy

Re 1: Advance ticket sales start on Wednesday, 28 September and continue until Thursday, 6 October, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., at Empik, 116/122 Marszałkowska St. – 1st floor.

Tickets for any screening can be purchased in advance.
Orders for tickets will be accepted at Empik on special forms, from 28 September to 6 October 2011, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Orders without the customer's full name and address will not be processed.
A handling fee of PLN 10 will be charged upon order placement; this will count as a deposit towards the price of your tickets when you collect them. If tickets are not collected, this fee is non-refundable.
Orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis, until all tickets for a given screening are sold out.

We cannot guarantee that all submitted orders will be met in full.

Tickets can be collected from 29 September to 6 October, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., at Empik.
Tickets not collected within this time will be put up for sale. Upon collecting your tickets, you may either buy all the tickets in your order or withdraw the entire order. Coming to collect your tickets, you will not have the option of refusing to buy some of the tickets in your order.

Re 2: From 7 October, ADVANCE SALES (tickets for subsequent days only) will continue at Kinoteka (9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.) and at Multikino Złote Tarasy (11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.)

From 7 October, box offices at the individual cinemas will also sell tickets for festival screenings for a given day, if any are still available.
The cinema BOX OFFICES will open half an hour before the first screening.
Seats are not numbered.
There will be no refunds for purchased tickets.
Tickets are valid up to the screening starting time listed on the ticket. NB: Latecomers will not be allowed in the room once the screening begins and will not be entitled to a refund.
